Control Your Calendar: Request-to-Book is Here

You asked, we delivered. You can now set specific properties to "Request-to-Book"
The Workflow: Review incoming requests from the new Requests tab on your Reservations dashboard.

  • One-Click Action: Accept or decline instantly.

  • Smart Automation: If a request isn't addressed within 72 hours, it auto-declines, ensuring your calendar stays open for other guests.

Follow these steps to configure your property's booking mode:

  • Access Dashboard: Log in to your Wander Sites account at app.wander.com.

  • Navigate to Listings: Select Listings from the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Select Property: Click on the specific property you wish to configure.

  • Adjust Booking Settings: Locate the Listing Settings section and, under Booking Type, select Request to Book.

  • Individual Configuration: Please note that this setting must be applied to each individual listing manually to ensure the correct booking mode is active across your portfolio.

Half Now, Half Later

This is a flexible payment feature for Wander Sites designed to help property managers increase conversion rates.

HNHL allows guests to split their total booking cost into two manageable installments:

  • First Payment (50%): Processed immediately at the time of booking.

  • Second Payment (50%): Automatically charged 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

By lowering the initial financial barrier, this option encourages guests to commit to high-value luxury bookings.

Boost Your Social Proof: Review Syncing

Building trust shouldn't be manual labor. We’ve added two major ways to bring your reputation with you:

  1. Hostaway Sync: If you use Hostaway, your initial PMS sync now automatically pulls in your existing OTA reviews.

  2. Universal Import: Paste your Airbnb listing link into the Reviews section of any property to import your existing feedback directly to your site.
